At PRIMO HQ we’ve been busy; upskilling our staff and investing in the latest PropTech infrastructure. All in readiness for the new world order the Renters’ Rights Act presents. Alongside our internal ‘upgrades’ we’ve invested in a shiny new website to support a rebrand. However, it’s not just any shiny new website, the website reflects our evolution as a professional property management company with a UK-wide portfolio of PRS and PBSA developments. Woven through our new website is our ‘family’ ethos, the importance of our investor landlord clients and our desire to ensure a positive residential experience for all tenants.
Our raison d’etre 14 years ago was to ensure the investor landlord journey was ‘stress-free’ following purchase from our partner, FORSHAW. This included providing free handover, organising furniture installation, supplying key rent appraisal data and offering guidance to new landlords – we continue to do this and more.
Collaborating with our strategic partner, FORSHAW, we’ve mobilised and let 18 new developments. Further, we continue to act on behalf of those original investor landlords whilst providing good rental properties to our PRS and PBSA tenants.
The road hasn’t been easy, with the UK lettings industry characterised by increased operational complexity influenced by:
- Fiscal and tax upheavals for landlords
- Regulatory and legislative overhauls
- Supply, demand and market saturation
- Environmental and property standard pressures
- Macroeconomic and social pressures (including a global pandemic!)
But here we are – PRIMO RESIDENTIAL (formerly known as PRIMO PROPERTY MANAGEMENT) ready and equipped to comply with the Renters’ Rights Act framework, providing peace of mind to both our investor landlord clients and our tenants.
