About Primo Residential
Our History
An independent family-owned business, PRIMO RESIDENTIAL (owned by Directors, Jonathan and Glenn Forshaw) was established in 2012 to provide lettings and property management services to landlords acquiring investment properties from developer – FORSHAW Land & Property Group Limited – a company founded by their brother, Lyndon Forshaw. PRIMO RESIDENTIAL’S ‘raison d’etre’ was to provide a seamless service from acquisition to let, ensuring the investor landlord experience was as stress free as possible.
Fast forward 14 years and PRIMO RESIDENTIAL has mobilised 18 FORSHAW developments across the UK (from Glasgow to Plymouth). The current portfolio includes PBSA developments across the UK and PRS developments in the North West (including Salford and Bolton), with more developments in the pipeline.
During this time, close working relationships have developed across both companies (and also with industry partners) enabling a shared culture to develop, influenced by ‘family’ values. This ensures a seamless investment journey for landlords and quality homes for tenants. In addition, long-serving employees who feel like part of the family means we can say with confidence – whether you’re a landlord or tenant – you’re in safe hands!
